Hand to Mouth

Upon further reflection, perhaps Murtha makes a good point. Indeed, it might help if a few of our fighting men and women demonstrated for him what the terms "broken" and "hand to mouth" mean to the United States Armed Forces. My suspicion is that those words do not mean what Murtha thinks they mean . . .
