Two . . . and Counting

Add Mike DeWine's name to the list of "Gang of 14" Republicans who have threatened to nuke a filibuster over the Alito nomination:

"I do not think his nomination constitutes in any way, shape or form the unusual circumstance we envisioned when we talked about what would be permissible to filibuster," DeWine said. "I can't imagine he will be filibustered. If he is filibustered, I would be prepared to vote to change the rules of the Senate to stop it."

Add that to Lindsey Graham's Meet the Press appearance where "[h]e warned Democrats that a filibuster against Judge Alito based on his conservatism would 'not stand.'"
